General Requirements
01. Identity
Valid NIN and a recent passport-sized photograph are required for all civil registrations.
02. Documents
Scanned copies of original supporting documents (Affidavits, Old Certificates, etc.) must be uploaded.
03. Verification
A physical visit to the LGA Secretariat may be required for biometric capturing or original sighting.
